* Five (One Hour) Consultations to discuss preparation and progress of the event
* Maintain records for the Couple including timelines and checklists for the event
* Assist with Venue search
* Suggest and supply vendors for the event
* Assist in Floor Plans for the ceremony/reception
* Assist with Budget Planning
* Unlimited Phone Calls and Emails
The Gold Package
* Includes all items on Silver Package
* Attend Vendor meetings (if requested)
* Arrange for Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination
* Research and Suggest Rehearsal Dinner Locations
* Research and Suggest Accommodations for Out of Town Guests
* Create a Welcome Packet for the Guests to be left in their room (Including Directions to the Ceremony/Reception and “Area Things to Do”)
* Oversee vendor deliveries at the Rehearsal and Ceremony site on the day of the event
* Ensure that all décor is correct before the event begins
Platinum Package
(Priced According to Services Requested)
* Includes all items on Gold and Silver Package
* Assist with Invitation Selections, Favors, and Stationary
* Assisting with Overall Theme and Décor of the Event
* Assist in Arrangements for the Bridal Luncheon
* Arrange Wedding Day Transportation
*Stay and Retrieve all Items Left Behind
* Prepare the Honeymoon Suite for the arrival of the Newlyweds.te Items
The Packages listed above are guidelines. Any of the individual services listed on the packages can be added at a rate of $35.00 per hour.
***A 25% Deposit is required upon agreement of the final package and at the signing of the contract. The balance is to be paid no less than two weeks before the ceremony date. Installment plans are available.
